Who we are
Fareedom of Work Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15466620. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message and service selection, together with any phone number you choose to provide. The website and hosting service may also record technical information such as IP address and browser details for security and spam prevention. Please do not submit passwords, patient records or confidential tender documents.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond and follow up on potential services. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to and following up business enquiries. We also use proportionate security records for our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users, and may retain information to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and consent where required.
Where it goes
Our WordPress website runs on Hostinger. Its Forminator enquiry form stores submissions in the website database, accessible through the protected WordPress administration area. Historical enquiry records are retained separately in private storage outside the public website. The website uses PHP mail through Hostinger to attempt a secondary email notification to our business mailbox. A form confirmation means the enquiry was saved; it does not confirm email delivery. That mailbox uses Namecheap Private Email. These hosting and email providers process enquiry information to deliver, secure and maintain the services. Forminator is installed on our website; enquiries are not sent to a separately hosted form platform. No advertising or analytics service is configured for public visitor tracking.
The configured Hostinger server is in the Netherlands and its backups are in Lithuania. Email and provider support operations can involve processing outside the UK, including in the United States under Namecheap's published privacy terms. The providers' data-processing terms describe their international-transfer arrangements, including contractual safeguards where applicable. How long it is kept
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months for handling and following up enquiries, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active client relationship, contractual or legal obligations, or dispute handling. We review information for deletion when it is no longer needed. This applies to enquiry records and related email copies; necessary backup copies expire through the hosting provider's backup cycle. The form is configured with a 12-month submission retention period. Related email, historical records and any justified exceptions require manual review; copies are not necessarily deleted from every system at the same time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to processing and receive certain information in a portable form. Contact us using the email above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and security
WordPress uses necessary cookies for owner authentication and administration. The enquiry form uses validation and anti-spam measures, including a hidden honeypot field.
