The price depends on the agreed pages, content, features and support. Your proposal should set out the project cost, any recurring fees and any third-party charges before you commit.

Timings depend on the scope, access, available content and review stages. We agree a realistic schedule for the work rather than promise the same turnaround for every project.

Editing access and handover depend on the agreed platform and build. We explain what you can manage yourself and what requires technical support before development starts.

Only where your proposal says so. Website hosting, ongoing support, advertising spend and platform subscriptions should be shown separately from one-off project work.

Most work can be delivered remotely. Any on-site support is agreed separately where it is useful and available.

No. We agree the work and how it will be assessed, but commercial results and independent ISO or CQC decisions cannot be promised.

We review what you have shared and respond to discuss the request. Sending the form does not place an order or commit you to a paid service.

Certification is awarded by an independent certification body. Our work supports preparation and management-system readiness.

No. CQC makes the registration decision independently. Preparation support helps organise the application, documents and evidence.
