What affects the scope?
Consultancy and internal review are separate from independent certification. No certification outcome is guaranteed. Engagements are subject to independence and conflict checks. Edition and transition planning must reflect current published requirements and the relevant certification-body arrangements.

Do you issue ISO certificates?
No. FOW provides consultancy and preparation support. Any certification decision belongs to an independent certification body.
Which edition will the project use?
We confirm the applicable published requirements and any transition arrangements before scoping the work. ISO announced ISO 9001:2026 on 16 September 2026; organisations with existing certificates should consult their certification body about transition.
Can you work with our existing documents?
Yes. We review what is useful and improve it where needed instead of automatically replacing the whole system.
